We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to manage all aspects of our business unit located in Mt Gambier. Reporting to the Manager, Energy and Transportation, it is expected the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in the key disciplines of P eople, Q uality, V elocity and C ost.  This includes: Effective PEOPLE management through a dedicated focus to achieve year on year improvement in safety performance and team engagement. An outstanding drive to improve QUALITY in all aspects of customer service and support to deliver an amazing customer experience. The ability to identify and implement efficiency improvements, increasing VELOCITY and delivering great operations. The experience to successfully manage COSTS to correspond to work volumes, as measured through financial targets and individual site KPI's. The successful candidate will be an accomplished Manager ideally from an OEM environment with sound expertise in the management of on-site technical/service support teams.  Applicants who are able to demonstrate extensive technical experience with a broad range of CAT construction equipment will be highly regarded.
