We are looking to recruit anexceptional candidate to manage all aspects of our business unitlocated in Mt Gambier. Reporting to the Manager, Energy andTransportation, it is expected the successful applicant will beable to demonstrate a proven track record of success in the keydisciplines of P eople, Q uality,V elocity and C ost. Thisincludes:
EffectivePEOPLE management through a dedicated focus toachieve year on year improvement in safety performance and teamengagement. An outstanding drive toimprove QUALITY in all aspects of customerservice and support to deliver an amazing customerexperience. The ability to identify andimplement efficiency improvements, increasingVELOCITY and delivering great operations. The experience to successfullymanage COSTS to correspond to work volumes, asmeasured through financial targets and individual siteKPI's. The successful candidate will be anaccomplished Manager ideally from an OEM environment with soundexpertise in the management of on-site technical/service supportteams. Applicants who are able to demonstrate extensivetechnical experience with a broad range of CAT constructionequipment will be highly regarded.
This position will be instrumentalin the success of meeting service objectives. A generousremuneration package, and relocation assistance supplied (this roleis entirely residential).
