Responsible for the branch and all associated staffing resources, asset, stock & expenditure management activities, the Branch Manager will be expected to drive our internal processes, procedures & successfully implement our corporate strategy as well as identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure service opportunities are exceeded.
What will you be doing? Initially actively involved in the setup of the new branch as well as recruitment of staff.Manage branch operations in accordance with policies & procedures.Supervise & coordinate team of 10+.Maintain branch assets.Develop & maintain internal & external relationships.Maintain stock levels with internal ordering systems.Maintain accurate records.Conduct stocktakes.Attract, retain & grow customer base.Achieve maximum sales potential.Ensure all sales performed within Company guidelines.Manage staff performance.What Skills and Experience will you need? Operations management experience, preferably in a similar environment.Employee relations experience, including performance management.Great time management & organisational skills.Demonstrated leadership qualities.Demonstrated supervision & mentoring skills.Knowledge of ERP system such as Pronto.Capacity to commit to the organisational values.Excellent customer service & communication skills.Tertiary qualifications in business/management would be desirable.What's in it for you?
