About the Karawatha Branch Manager Role: This role is pivotal in ensuring our Mackay branch not only meets but exceeds expectations in safety, service quality, and profitability. You'll be at the forefront of strategy implementation, translating regional, state, and national business plans into actionable goals for the branch.

As a Branch Manager, you will work closely with an experienced management team, focusing on sustainable growth through succession planning and team development. You'll have the opportunity to set new standards in operational excellence, uphold ethical practices, and ensure all facets of our road and air freight services deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Some Key Responsibilities: Drive Productivity & Efficiency: Set ambitious targets and ensure consistent performance measurement to maximize productivity. Achieve Financial Goals: Lead the branch to meet or exceed budget targets through strong, supportive direction. Build Teamwork & Collaboration: Promote teamwork and cooperation across all levels of the branch to create a positive, harmonious workplace. Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, including occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and dangerous goods management.
