About the roleThe Branch Manager is a Full-Time position, based at Bendigo, Victoria.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Regional Victoria, you will lead the Bradford Branch team to ensure optimal sales through excellent customer service in the Bendigo and regional VIC areas.
Some travel may be required for this role.
The role is also responsible for developing and managing customer relationships to capture value-adding opportunities for the company to achieve budgets and growth objectives, as well as offering advice and knowledge to customers and building marketplace acceptance and awareness of CSR Interior Systems.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure Compliance: Uphold WHSE objectives, policies, and procedures as a priority in all operations.Leadership Representation: Act as a representative of the Interior Senior Leadership team, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities at both the area and national levels.Account Management: Oversee key customer accounts and drive sales in the region for all Bradford Insulation products.Team Leadership: Lead the branch team, including sales, customer services, and operations, to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with branch personnel to professionally handle all potential leads.Operational Management: Ensure that the branch's operational functions (purchasing, warehouse) are in line with CSR policies, with a focus on fulfilling customer orders on time and in full.CRM Management: Record all area sales activities in CRM, including pipeline opportunities, customer activities, case management, and territory plans.What we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
