Branch Manager

Our client, a renowned leader in the automotive accessories industry, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of their Mandurah location. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive parts sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage both retail and workshop environments. As Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of both the retail showroom and workshops, ensuring efficient service and team management. Your focus will be on driving business growth, meeting targets, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.
What's on Offer:

Salary starting at $85k (negotiable for the right candidate)
Superannuation + company vehicle
Bonus of up to 20% based on performance
Monday to Friday roster with alternate Saturdays (Time in Lieu provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales and workshop staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of both the retail showroom and workshops
Drive business growth and meet revenue targets while controlling expenses
Provide dealer and stockist support, including sales training
Ensure stock and inventory are well managed
Participate in local 4x4 events and provide market feedback to senior management

About You:

Strong leadership with proven ability to mentor and guide teams
Solid knowledge of automotive parts sales and experience in working with workshop operations
Organised, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure
Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving financial and service-based metrics
Experience in creating a positive, engaged team environment
