As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to lead our Townsville branch.
Position Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
You will play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining inventory control, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage branch operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management.Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.Implement effective time management practices to balance administrative work and customer service.Supervise and train staff to meet performance standards and achieve business goals.Monitor branch financials, including sales targets, expenses, and profitability.Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional development.Qualifications: Proven experience in branch management, sales, or retail operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Knowledge of the battery or automotive industry is a plus but not required.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks.If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
