BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.Overseeing our Townsville branch and reporting to the State Manager, you will nurture and grow partnerships with our valued customers across a broad territory. This role involves leading a cross-functional team in external sales and operations, significantly contributing to our Queensland state business plan. You will invest time in coaching and motivating your team, enhancing their capabilities to deliver improved outcomes and adopt new ways of working.In this role you will receive a competitive remuneration package including a company vehicle and participation in a performance incentive program.What Will You Do?You'll ensure we can continue to deliver world-class service and product solutions for our customers, now and for the future.
