Having experienced consistent, significant YOY growth, we are looking for an experienced Branch Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations.
You will have a strong emphasis on driving business growth, leading and developing our people, and optimising the efficiency of our workflows from sales to warehouse and restocking.
This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the manufacturing, safety, or industrial sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share.Work with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative solutions to enhance revenue streams.Lead, mentor, and inspire our diverse team of professionals across various functions, including warehouse, sales, and delivery teams.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Operations Management:Support of Stock Locker Operations – keep sales team selling, warehouse staff picking/packing and restockers busy restocking machines.Manage and maintain existing customer service levels and identifying areas to improve the customer experience where needed.Ensure the database information is up to date and providing accurate information and reporting.Manage and supervise business financials, identify and implement resource allocation strategies and marketing activities to maximise profitability and revenue.How to succeed in this roleWe are looking for an experienced manager who has a proven record of working with businesses to drive growth and achieve financial targets.
