Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time CNW Electrical is an Australian family-owned and operated electrical wholesale business. We provide electrical goods to a wide variety of industries. CNW Kent Town currently has an exciting career opportunity for a driven individual to take the reins at this branch.
The focus of our business is on people (customers and staff) and helping them grow and succeed, and as such we are looking for people who share these values. You will report directly to the General Manager and will be given the autonomy and support to succeed.
Key attributes we are looking for: A leader in communication, motivation, and teamwork.A willingness to roll up the sleeves and get stuck into the work.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience in a managerial position.Electrical wholesale industry experience.Ability to manage business growth and profitability.Results-oriented sales experience.Strong leadership ability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the branch, which includes but is not limited to: Building trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, internal, and external stakeholders.Supporting, leading, and developing your team, which includes undertaking employee recruitment and performance management where required.Growing and developing market share.Managing inventory and credit control.Taking ownership of your branch, making it your own whilst ensuring that your business reflects the CNW core values and high level of professionalism.Ensuring that customers receive a high level of service throughout all interactions with your branch, right from initial quoting through to after-sale support.Reading and understanding branch financials and using this information to make effective business decisions.This role offers an industry-leading salary package and open-ended profit share arrangement.
