This may include reviewing and/or approving lending applications within your delegation.Effectively adapts, manages and communicates across diverse levels and functions to meet the different needs of stakeholders, situations and objectives. Interacting with respect and empathy.Plans, aligns, and engages teams to ensure clarity, structure and accountability to meet goals, organisational commitments and to deliver consistent high-quality service and results.Living our purpose and promise.About you.The successful candidate will have at least three years' experience leading a retail sales team, ideally within financial services, as well as a vocational qualification in financial services, sales or team leadership.You're passionate about delivering outstanding service while keeping your team on track with their goals.
