Job Description Branch Manager - ( MAN00000219 ) Description As the Rockhampton Branch Manager , you will lead an established, fast paced and passionate team focused on driving operational excellence and delivering key projects. You will focus on both developing new business whilst enhancing current customer relationships to deliver on our next stage of growth. Qualifications What you'll bring to the role: Experience in overseeing and coordinating the operational function within a Manufacturing, Transport, Warehousing or Storage environment is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of operational staff in line with the branch P&L, budget and freight volumes is essential. Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage and oversee compliance and work health and safety in line with company policies and procedures, regulations, road laws, NHVR, and any other relevant legislative requirements. Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships in line with the Followmont brand, Values and Code of Conduct.
