About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Branch Manager to join our Workers Compensation leadership team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the operations of our Long-Term Management (55-130 Week Claims) claims teams, ensuring a high-quality claims service for Injured Workers and Employers. You will lead Team Managers, driving excellence in claims strategy and people leadership. How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities Daily Management: Provide day-to-day support to your teams, ensuring a professional and customer-focused claims service.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with staff, Worksafe, employers, and service providers.Innovative Solutions: Work with your teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance claimant and client experiences.Performance Analysis: Analyse team performance trends and take corrective actions as needed.Goal Setting: Create and achieve individual team business plan goals aligned with company priorities.Risk Management: Integrate risk management into all business functions to minimize adverse impacts and realize opportunities.KPI Achievement: Improve claims management outcomes and adhere to SLA requirements.Skill Development: Drive career-focused conversations to facilitate learning and development within your teams.
