Job Description Branch Manager - (MAN00000224) Description As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Longreach branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality transportation services. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage client relationships, and ensure that operational goals are met. Your strategic vision and leadership will be critical in expanding our market presence and achieving business objectives. This is a hands-on role that would suit a driven individual who is looking to build on their career.
About the role: Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including logistics, dispatch, and fleet management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our team members, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Prepare regular financial and operational reports.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop strategies to increase market share and expand service offerings.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
