Your key responsibilities will include.
Leading and guiding the Launceston branch team to work collaboratively and achieve or surpass branch sales and profit targets while adhering to set budgets.
Mentoring and inspiring team members to deliver top-notch customer service and uphold the highest standards.
Taking a "hands-on" management approach to ensure efficient operations.
Cultivating strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Fostering a culture of safety awareness and teamwork.
Undertaking additional tasks as directed by the SLT.
