About The Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join our Hobart Branch.

The role is full time and permanent, leading and managing a dynamic team and reporting directly to the State Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities To motivate, lead and direct the branch staff creating a positive culture and working environment.Ensure effective planning for growth within the business.Comply with and ensure compliance with relevant sections of legislation.Develop sales and expense budgets for the branch.Identify strengths, weaknesses, and development needs of staff in the branch.Forward planning for growth and continuous improvement.Ensure sales growth focus as per sales strategies is driven through the Branch.Achieve sales budgets.Recruit, select, train and manage Branch Team.
