About the role: As our new Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading our established team through an exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to achieving the branch's business objectives while meeting the expectations of all key stakeholders—owners, customers, and employees. You will provide strong leadership to our experienced team, overseeing the effective allocation and management of both physical and financial resources. Your focus will be on ensuring the branch's ongoing profitability and growth, supporting the professional development of employees, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
