The Opportunity Metalcorp is looking for a Branch Manager in Charters Towers to be a key member of our Queensland leadership team.
Metalcorp is a leading rural Australian steel distributor, supplying brands for the land through our branches and stockists across Australia.

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer success and fostering strong partnerships across a diverse and growing territory.
In this dynamic role, you'll oversee a high-performing, cross-functional team focused on external sales, customer service, and operations.
Your leadership will directly contribute to the execution of our state business plan, ensuring that both your team and our customers thrive.
As a Branch Manager, you will have the chance to coach, inspire, and develop your team, enhancing their skills and driving continuous improvement in performance.
In this role you will receive a competitive remuneration package including a company vehicle and participation in a performance incentive program.
What Will You Do?
You'll ensure we can continue to deliver world-class service and product solutions for our customers, now and for the future.
To achieve this, you will: lead a passionate and talented team, driving innovation and excellence across all areas of operations take ownership of a broad territory and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships play an integral role in shaping the success of our Queensland business; identify new market opportunities and develop growth strategies to increase profit and create shareholder value; and work with the State Manager QLD to develop and execute business strategies to deliver positive financial results and improved operational outcomes.
