About The Opportunity Programmed's Property Services department is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our painting business in Tamworth.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be accountable for developing new business, servicing our existing client base and establishing long term business relationships at all levels.
We are looking for a person who enjoys working in a diverse workplace, has a passion for growing the business and genuinely cares about people and their development.
In this role you will be dedicated to growing our commercial painting and remedial business, managing the operational requirements and the team within the wider region.
You will be responsible for managing and implementing processes and systems and ensuring all Programmed procedures are followed.
You will manage P&Ls, budget requirements, HSEQ and HR across the branch, with the wider support of the Programmed teams.
You will identify and drive new business opportunities across all markets within your region - initiating contact with key decision makers and building strong relationships and commercial solutions to secure new business.
This opportunity will suit an experienced salesperson with management experience looking to challenge themselves within a National market leader.
