Australia's leading agribusiness making a differenceCompetitive Salary & Vehicle & Lucrative IncentiveLead and drive the performance of our Bourke branch in this exciting opportunity based in an area known for its primarily livestock farming geography.
This role would be well suited for someone with strong business acumen, looking to step into a leadership role or an individual with a background in leading a team and managing sales performance.About the opportunity:Reporting to the Managing Partner of the business, the primary responsibility is managing the merchandise activity within the branch.
You will also focus on developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers to drive sales for a broad range of agricultural products and services.In addition, you will be responsible for:Providing leadership to branch employees whilst driving branch performance and the achievement of financial targets.Mentoring the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in store and on farm – primarily livestock and pastoral focused customers.Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are being delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPIs.Management of safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest of standards.About You:Our future team member will demonstrate strong sales and business acumen with a proven track record in sales of agricultural products and will have a background in livestock.
In addition, you will be:Self-motivated and driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations.Adept at developing solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders.Skilled in identifying opportunities to develop new business.Ideally experienced in leading a team or function.Equipped with a full drivers' licence.
