This national business has been operating for over 30 years and distributes a number of capital equipment, general site equipment & construction supply solutions for the Mining & Construction Industries and is known for their high quality brands and great customer service.
Known for their work hard play hard culture and heavy team-oriented mentality, they boast a fantastic company culture with very little staff turnover.
POSITION
Based in Eagle Farm and reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will use your leadership skills & commercial mindset to deliver a high performing, profitable branch location focused on delivering exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities: Lead the branch safety culture & compliance requirementsManage branch operations to deliver branch profit, performance, people & customer service requirementsDrive business processes to optimise operational efficiencies & performanceBuild and maintain a strong & cohesive team environmentTrain & mentor branch team to deliver exceptional customer service, high standards of work & ensure they have the opportunity to learn & develop in their rolesEnsure all required reporting & end of month processes are completedSupport sales activities & team to ensure the business continues to grow its business in the areaBENEFITS

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:
Proven track record of Branch Management experience in ANY of the following: Earthmoving, Access Hire, Site Equipment, or Construction ToolsHire controller or 2IC from the above would also be strongly consideredAbility to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional mannerYou will be someone who is motivated, tenacious, passionate, driven and hungry to pave a long term successful career with a top industry leader.
