Key Responsibilities: The Branch Manager oversees branch staff and daily operations, improves office and warehouse processes, builds strong relationships with key account holders, and manages stock levels. Compliance with WHS legislation is also essential. The ideal candidate has proven management experience, strong customer focus, staff development skills, high-level organisational and communication abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
