BRANCH MANAGER – BUSY BEAVER AIRPORT PARKING
Busy Beaver Airport Parking is a part of Australia's largest off airport parking group with four independently operating branches located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
An outstanding opportunity now exists to join our team, leading Busy Beaver in the position of Branch Manager.
Working in our friendly and team oriented culture, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Busy Beaver business in Tullamarine.
The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of running a business of 40 staff and a fleet of transfer vehicles, competing with Melbourne Airport's own airport parking product.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking a proactive leadership role in the management, supervision, education, support and motivation of all staff across 4 departments – Customer Service, Yard, Transport and Detailing.
Delivering outstanding customer service and customer relations by providing staff with feedback through ongoing meetings and the management of regular training programs.
This also includes the proactive management of any customer complaints.
Weekly rostering of 40 team members including a mix of full time, part time and casual staff and fortnightly lock down and approval of payroll.
Taking a proactive role in the recruitment and selection of new staff members to maintain our culture by ensuring all new staff are an asset to our team in both work ethic and personality.
Regular written reporting on various KPI's including the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
Contributing to the ongoing growth of the business by coordinating and managing various marketing and promotional activities.
Supporting the airport parking group and national management by running the business on a day-to-day basis, coordinating all departments through your hands-on management style.
Our business operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Please be aware that your rostered hours will need to include some early, late and weekend shifts including public holidays.
Reporting directly to the Business Owner and National Managers, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We expect you have solid management experience in a hands-on role with experience in customer service also well regarded.
This is a tightly held position, rarely available.
