Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the smooth functioning of the branch's daily operations, ensuring superior customer service and sales activity whilst providing leadership, training, and supervision to the branch staff. If successful in obtaining this role you will be responsible for Leading & managing divisions under your portfolio Providing mentoring, support, and guidance to operations & division managers Providing expertise and guidance when needed Providing efficient quotation and tender responses as well as managing all estimate processes within your departments Approving with assistance from the finance team, new customers and credit limits if applicable Ensuring major projects are reviewed, results analysed and communicated to the CEO and operational teams Developing and implementing strategic plans for the electrical branch in alignment with the overall company goals Identifying business opportunities and areas for growth within the electrical sector Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Working collaboratively across the entire business You will Have management experience in the Electrical / Contracting Industry Be a qualified A Grade Electrician with at least 10 years of practical experience Have experience with project management, leadership or equivalent skillsets Do not miss out on this amazing opportunity if this sounds like you apply now or alternatively, email ****** for more details #J-18808-Ljbffr
