This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and driving results in the healthcare recruitment sector.Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Maintain and nurture relationships with our existing client base, ensuring their staffing needs are met with top-notch nursing talent.New Business Development: Attract new business opportunities by networking and building strong connections with local healthcare providers.Local Networking: Actively engage in the local community to source and attract the best nursing professionals to HCA.Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure they successfully place nurses into shifts across the region.Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
