Active Electrical Distributors is looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our growing Ballarat branch.
As part of a 100% Australian-owned company, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our operations and work alongside a passionate, supportive team.

You'll be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

About Us:
Active Electrical Distributors is a Leading Distributor of Electrical Products that distributes recognised products to the Commercial, Industrial, Residential & Utilities Market.

Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations : Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations including, staff & inventory management, order processing, and stock control.
Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of sales and operations staff to achieve branch targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Customer Service : Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers & suppliers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Sales and Revenue Growth : Drive sales growth through effective strategies, promotions, and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
Financial Management : Monitor and report on branch financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
Key Requirements:
Leadership Experience : Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the Electrical Industry.
Industry Knowledge : Strong knowledge of electrical products and the wholesale market is highly desirable.
Sales & Business Acumen : A solid understanding of sales techniques, target achievement, and driving business performance.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions in a timely and effective manner.
Organisational Skills : Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Ballarat area and regional market trends would be an advantage.
