What Will You Be Doing? Direct and manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policy. Develop and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market expansion initiatives. Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service excellence. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for staff and customers. What You Need to Succeed: Lead by example approach, particularly in the Sales and Operations areas. Excellent people management skills with the ability to support an inclusive and diverse group. Food service, FMCG or related industry experience, although not essential would be well regarded. Ability to communicate at all levels developing strong relationships with key stakeholders (Suppliers, Customers, General Managers, Area Business Managers, PFD Group Leaders, Employees). Strong business acumen and ability to interpret profit and loss reporting. What PFD is Offering the Successful Candidate?
