Our client is a rapidly expanding national company with a 55-year legacy in the construction industry.Role Overview:The position involves frequent travel within Toowoomba and surrounding areas, with the expectation that you will regularly engage with clients for account management and business development purposes.Responsibilities:Business Development:Expand our presence in specific areas and increase the number of rental units in our offeringsConnect with clients to enhance business, handle inquiries, and gather feedbackCultivate a robust network of satisfied customers to optimize future business opportunitiesAchieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate monthly reports, and maintain positive financials for the branchBranch Management:Manage the availability of our vehicle fleet and resources while adhering to the branch's budgetEnsure the branch team delivers outstanding service and adheres to quality standardsOversee branch staff, inventory, equipment, and facility maintenanceCollaborate closely with departments at Head Office to smoothly achieve company goalsRequirements:Proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in construction or related service industriesDemonstrated success in client relationship management and meeting sales targetsStrong financial acumen and experience in budget and P&L managementResults-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environmentLeadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards excellenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalTertiary qualifications in sales, commerce, business, or related fieldsValid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly for client meetingsCompetitive salary package above market valuePerformance-based incentivesCompany car, fuel card, and phoneLong-term stability with a collaborative team
