With a passion for excellence, our goal is to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional services and products.As the Branch Manager of our Brisbane Airport (Hendra) location you will be vital to the leadership and success of the company.Reporting to both the National & Regional Operations managers, you will ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly, along with maintaining a high standard of presentation, within a customer-focused environment.RESPONSIBILITIESSome of your duties will include:Manage all branch operations and personnel, ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis, in accordance with the ECCR objectivesImprove productivity and streamline branch activities to maximise results and achieve peak performance levels. Draft forecasts and business plans as requiredDevelop and implement revenue plans to meet branch sales targets. Brief employees on plans and sales targets, promotions, and other relevant informationManage local budgets, allocate branch funds appropriately and work within company financial restraints, whilst conforming to company procedures and processes e.g., purchase orders, reconciliations, daily drawer balancesAddress customer issues/complaints as requiredCoordinate with other ECCR branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities and/or achieve goalsEnsure the vehicle fleet is maintained to a high standard, adhering to maintenance schedules to ensure no more than 5% of the branch fleet is on maintenance at any given timeComplete physical inventory reports daily for both fleet vehicles and other assets – baby seats, GPS units etc.OTHER DUTIESAttend regular Manager meetings – via digital platforms or in personAttend any training required, including annual management conferenceEnsure that branch operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within your state/territoryAssess local market conditions and identify business opportunitiesABOUT YOUOur ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work outside of core business hours if required.
