Salary range $90-$100k base plus super plus car allowance (salary is negotiable subject to experience)
Company Overview:
Earthmoving Equipment Australia Group (EEA Group) is a progressive and rapidly growing organisation specializing in the sales, service, and parts of earthmoving equipment. As a leader in the industry, we provide top-tier equipment from trusted brands such as Case Construction, Merlo Telehandlers, Thwaites Dumpers, Bandit Chippers, and Solution Plant Hire. Founded in 2007, EEA Group has expanded nationwide, fuelled by our dedication to exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on, motivated Branch Manager to lead our new Orange location, set to open in December. This role is ideal for a self-starter ready to build a successful branch from the ground up. Initially, the Branch Manager will be involved in all aspects of branch operations, from customer service to maintenance, with the opportunity to hire and build a team as the branch grows and gets busier. This position is for someone who thrives on doing the work themselves and isn't just looking to manage a team from day one. The new facility will offer a unique chance to make the branch their own and leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functionality. Actively promote customer and fleet service agreements and engage with customers to build strong relationships. Manage the maintenance and condition of service vehicles and ensure compliance with safety and training requirements. Develop, implement, and refine field service processes and systems to support optimal operations. Address sales and customer inquiries promptly to deliver excellent customer service. Handle warranty matters in line with warranty procedures. Inspect, report, and maintain the condition of machinery and equipment. Ensure a professional display of machinery and assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklift license desirable). Work in unison with existing dedicated sales/service staff to support and grow the customer base. Why Join Us?
New Facility: Step into a brand-new branch and take ownership from day one. Growth Opportunity: Play a key role in building a successful branch with the freedom to shape operations. Autonomy: This role offers significant independence and is ideal for someone ready to make their mark. We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who's ready to grow with us and establish a successful branch that embodies EEA Group's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
