DescriptionAn opportunity is available to join Load Restraint Systems, a National supplier of high quality cargo restraint equipment for over 40 years in a Branch Coordinator role.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Open and close branch daily as requiredPerform daily tasks in branch-counter selling, phone answering, order processing, communicating with clients, sales and quotation preparationPreparation and management of production work ordersDaily showroom maintenance – replenish stock and cleanCoordinate incoming and outgoing goods ensuring accuracy in supplyDeliveries to clients and pickups from suppliersAttention to detail with regards to effective communication and time managementAttend as instructed to all customer claims including warranty and complaints processDaily housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse and counter sales areasSupervise branch in absence of Branch ManagerKey Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to positively engage customers and suppliersTime ManagementResilienceRespectful, professional and controlled communication and conduct at all timesWork unsupervised and self-motivatedAbility to multi-task and lead by exampleOngoing commitment to personal developmentA willingness to contributeBasic MS Office knowledgeCompany OverviewLoad Restraint Systems is a family-owned Australian company with over 40 years experience in the cargo restraint industry with branches across Australia.
