About the role CSR is seeking a dedicated Branch Controller to oversee stock management, logistics, and compliance while providing excellent customer service and fostering a safe, efficient work environment.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity at ourpredominantly single-person branch in Coffs Harbour .
Key Responsibilities: Stock Management: Maintain stock accuracy and optimal levels, coordinating transport requirements to meet customer demands.
Local Logistics: Oversee receiving materials and ensuring timely deliveries to customers, involving local transport coordination.
Process Compliance: Adhere to branch procedures, audit requirements, and customer credit policies to ensure seamless operations.
Data Entry: Accurately process customer orders with strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce and adhere to all Work Health, Safety, and Environment (WHSE) requirements, Job Safety Instructions, and Chain of Responsibility (COR) obligations in loader, consignee, and consignor roles.
Hazard Inspection & SHE Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits aligned with the branch's Risk Reduction Plan.
Branch Growth & Development: Work with the Area Manager to identify improvement opportunities, focusing on reducing slow-moving stock turnover and achieving branch goals.
