About the roleCSR are currently looking for a dedicated Branch Controller for our Coffs Harbour location to help manage stock, customer expectations, and maintain a safe, efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:Stock Management: Ensure stock accuracy and effective holdings, coordinating transport requirements to maintain optimal stock levels at the Coffs Harbour Branch.Process Compliance: Understand and comply with all relevant branch procedures, audit requirements, and customer credit policies to support smooth branch operations.Customer Service: Manage and align with customer expectations through clear and accurate communication with both internal and external customers.Safety & Compliance: Enforce and comply with all Work Health, Safety, and Environment (WHSE) requirements, Job Safety Instructions, and Chain of Responsibility (COR) responsibilities, particularly in roles as loader, consignee, and consignor.Hazard Inspection & SHE Audits: Conduct regular hazard inspections and SHE audits in line with the branch's Risk Reduction Plan.Branch Growth & Development: Collaborate with the Area Manager to understand branch objectives and actively seek opportunities for improvement, with a focus on turnover of slow-moving stock.What you bring to the roleForklift license and experience is essentialA proactive approach to process improvement and customer serviceStrong understanding of WHSE standards and safety proceduresAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilitiesFamiliarity with stock management and customer credit policiesWhat we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
