Branch Administrator

Due to an internal promotion, WesTrac is seeking a Branch Administrator to coordinate key office functions and administrative tasks to ensure optimal efficiency of the Dubbo branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you acting as the first point of contact welcoming internal and external stakeholders, being accountable for maintaining purchase orders, monitoring office and workshop consumables, actioning timesheets and other miscellaneous administrative duties. This role plays a key function in supporting the wider team of 35 personnel within the fast-paced Dubbo branch.
