Are you an organised administrator who is customer-focused and experienced with equipment rentals? Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Darwin, managing the day-to-day coordination of our fleet and ensuring top-notch customer service.
About the Role: As the Branch Administrator, you will be the key to the smooth running of the Branch. You will be responsible for overseeing the rental process from start to finish, ensuring that our fleet of power generation equipment is deployed efficiently to meet customer needs. You will work alongside the Branch Manager and closely with our customers, sales team, and service departments to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate rental requests, ensuring the availability of equipment and timely delivery to customers. Liaise with customers to provide quotations, confirm orders, and handle inquiries. Work closely with the operations team to schedule equipment servicing and ensure readiness for deployment. Manage rental agreements and contracts, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date. Monitor the fleet's availability and condition, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed. Assist with the logistics of equipment mobilization and demobilization. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients. About You: Previous experience in administration, rental coordination, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within the power generation or heavy equipment industries. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in using computer systems and managing documentation.
