Our Lismore Windows & Doors branch provides sales, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors to the residential and commercial construction markets.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our successful team.
The Benefits: Competitive salary package in line with experience Full-Time permanent position with immediate start available Health insurance benefits - 7% discount with BUPA Career training and development opportunities across the G.James Group Free on-site parking Positive safety culture and team environment Excellent employment conditions and stability with our Australian Family owned business committed to manufacturing in Australia The Role: Coordinating daily administration duties including meetings and minute taking, raising purchase orders and invoices Maintenance of workflow - including preparation of documents and procedures for projects and productions Compilation, preparation and review of various reports Regular banking checks About You: Minimum of 3 years work experience providing administration and business support Assistant or working in a high level administrative role within an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal skills - confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications - V6 experience would be advantageous Experience in working with an ERP system (preferred) The ability to pick up systems and processes quickly To Apply: If you feel you can demonstrate the above qualities, please forward a cover letter and resume which addresses your suitability for the role.
