Requirements: Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English skills; Ability to work in a multitasking environment; Analytical skills; Attention to detail; Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage. Duties and Responsibilities: Communication with customers via online chats and e-mails; Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers; Acknowledge and resolve customers' requirements; Know our products inside and out so you can answer questions; Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
