Are you passionate about people systems and streamlining processes? Join a new People Systems & Transformation team located at either Taronga Zoo, Mosman or Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo. This is a two-year contract with an annual salary package ranging from $109,486 to $112,938.
About The Role We are looking for an experienced HRIS and reporting professional to join us for a two-year contract. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting Taronga's people systems, both HR and payroll, as part of our systems transformation program of work. Part-time employment will be considered – a minimum of 4 days per week.
Key Accountabilities As the People Systems & Insights Analyst, you will support Taronga's people systems by designing, implementing, and maintaining effective SAP SuccessFactors processes which support our end-to-end payroll processing. You will also be responsible for ensuring the integrity of all people data, creating dashboards and reports to communicate people data analytics and insights, and partnering with IT and third-party providers to manage system changes and updates. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the payroll team to troubleshoot payroll-related system issues and support payroll compliance through system audits and reporting.
About You You will demonstrate a strong aptitude for HR systems and reporting, coupled with a keen interest in analytics and data-driven decision making. You will:
Be experienced in HRIS administration and HR reporting; Have an aptitude for IT and reporting including Excel; Have strong analytical skills, including a broad understanding of contemporary HR and safety metrics; Have an ability to communicate complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand way; Be inquisitive and have an insightful mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will have a people-first focus and enjoy understanding how employment legislation and awards are translated into compliant systems.
