About Spartans Boxing Club: Spartans Boxing Club provides an authentic boxing and fitness experience to people of all ages and backgrounds.
With over 18 gyms (Melbourne being gym number 18) globally and another 6 locations opening within the next 12 months. Spartans Boxing Club provides clean facilities, friendly staff and trainers, and caters to children, youth, adult, families, and those interested in stepping into the squared circle in a competitive amateur/professional level.
We're Hiring: Due to the growth in the last 5 months, we are looking for another Coach / Personal Trainer to come on board on a Sub-Contractor and/or Part-Time basis to run classes and conduct Personal Training sessions.
Responsibilities: Lead engaging authentic boxing and fitness classes ranging from beginner friendly technical classes, fitness, padwork, intermediate classes, plus more.Kids & Youth Class programs.Provide one-on-one coaching/personal training sessions.Develop tailored boxing & fitness programs for all fitness levels with the help of the owner and fellow coaches.Know every member by name and use the "Spartans Boxing" APP to check in who is attending each class.
Key Qualification / Experience: Relevant certification or coaching licenses are NOT a mandatory requirement however this is desirable.
Experience in coaching within boxing, sport, or fitness industry is ideal but other relevant backgrounds will be considered.
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals and willingness to develop your own boxing coaching skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings is preferred, however we are flexible for the right candidate.
