$35.04 - $37.43 per hour plus 11% Superannuation.Do you want to make an IMPACT?About the RoleAs a Box Office Supervisor with Latrobe City Council, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of ticketing from daily sales to reconciliation of events held at the Council's creative venues, focusing on Gippsland Performing Arts Centre (GPAC). You will provide supervision, guidance, and support to all Box Office staff in the facility, ensuring the delivery of their specific duties.As the Box Office Supervisor, you will liaise with stakeholders to establish ticketing for a variety of events across multiple venues, while maintaining accurate sales records and financial records. You will manage the preparation, presentation, and settlement of all event box office statements.About YouYou will have at least three years of Box Office experience, and supervisory experience in this field is desirable.You will possess a high level of computer literacy, including extensive knowledge of the management of computerized ticketing systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office software systems.You will need:Tertiary qualifications in Events, Performing Arts, and Entertainment Industry or a relevant field are desirable.Experience in contributing to a team culture that has a focus on high-level customer service.A general enthusiasm for the creative arts and basic knowledge of theatre etiquette and procedures.Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is desirable.Successful applicants are required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.Go Further at Latrobe City CouncilA career with us begins with a desire to empower and make positive change within our Latrobe City Community.
