THE JOBAs a casual Box Office Attendant, you'll assist with customer ticketing needs and provides high quality service to meet customer service standards at Ticketmaster's Box Offices, Outlets and Events.
Must have flexibility to travel to Perth Box Office locations for Events.
THE TEAMThe Box Office operations team are the front face of Ticketmaster to the customers who purchase tickets from a box office at a venue or greenfield event site.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Serving customers at Ticketmaster locations in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner to support customer demands.Providing information, answer questions and transact ticket purchases via credit cards, cash, EFT or cheque payments.Consulting with the Box Office Manager or Box Office Supervisor when required with the goal of providing the highest possible standard of customer service.Keeping abreast of current and upcoming events on the Ticketmaster network Answering customers' questions in relation to events on the Ticketmaster network Cash handling and balancing transactions WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Technical Skills)Customer Focus Ensuring Ticketmaster's customers' needs are continually satisfied.Experience in dealing with a range of people from different backgrounds is highly regarded.Strong customer service experience and demonstrated face to face people skills.Communication Demonstrating strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective listening skills are also paramount and must enjoy talking with people.Flexibility Demonstrated ability to work on a rotational roster and being accommodating and adapting to a changing and highly pressured working environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Numerical Ability to check numerical data entered and be able to identify unbalanced accounts.Problem Solving Ability to accurately extract information from customers and find solutions. Appropriately seeking information from higher source when required.Computer literacy Ability to use Windows based computer package. Ability to use Excel would be highly regarded.Typing skills with high accuracy.
