Boutique Manager - Collins Street

Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products) On behalf of our client, a beautiful high-end, but fast-paced brand, we are excited to be working on finding an accomplished Boutique Manager for their Melbourne Flagship store at Collins Street.
We are seeking a Manager who has solid business acumen, strong operations skill set, and the ability to create a world-class shopping environment.
A strong product background in the luxury goods industry is important.
Reporting to the Retail Manager, AU, you will be accountable for leading and driving a close-knit team of around 10 staff.

Skills and ExperienceProven premium/luxury retail experience at Store Management levelStrong client book and clientelling experienceUnderstanding of managing wages and P&L accountabilityExposure to driving sales, performance management, and succession planning for your teamOperating within a global business, dealing with senior stakeholders and regional officesLuxury market knowledge; RTW, leather goods, watches, and/or jewelry is idealExcellent salary package on offer; up to $110,000 + super + strong bonus structure.
