We are now seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and delivering strategic financial insights to support client growth.The RoleWe are looking for an analytical and results-driven Financial Manager to manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a diverse client portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and providing insights that support client decision-making and growth.
You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure financial objectives are met and help guide clients toward sound financial decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis: Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for clients.Reporting: Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses to clients.Strategic Advisory: Provide expert financial advice on cash flow, budgeting, cost management, and strategic planning to support client growth.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all financial operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and implement risk management strategies.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality work and fostering professional growth.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for value-added support.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.Proven experience in a financial management role, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a client-centric approach.Ability to work effectively under pressure, with strong attention to detail.Why Join Bottrell Business Consultants?At Bottrell Business Consultants, we offer a competitive salary package, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
