Bottle Shop Retail Attendant

The Glen Hotel has been independently owned by the same family for 60 years. We are an essential part of our local community and continue to update our offerings and service regularly.We are looking for an experienced casual retail attendant to join our team in our Bottlemart Drive Through, located onsite in Brisbane's Southside.Our store features a large selection of boutique and fine wines, craft beers and spirits.The roleReporting to the Retail Manager, your primary responsibility is to efficiently operate the retail outlet alongside and in the absence of the store manager, with an emphasis on the importance of customer service and meeting the needs of the varied clientele.Additionally, you will help with the daily operations of the bottle shop including the cleanliness and presentation of the store, ensuring all products are fully stocked, cash handling, cash reconciliation, and stock control.What you will needLiquor retail experience along with RSA certification.Exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills.Eye for detail and accuracy.A good knowledge of liquor brands to enable you to provide excellent customer service through hand selling as well as matching drinks to suit our customer's needs.Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.Availability on evening and weekend shifts.Screening QuestionsDo you have your RSA?Do you have your RSG?Describe your customer service experience
