How will you contribute Be the 2iC and support the Store Manager in ensuring daily tasks and key targets are being metDemonstrate senior support and supervisory experienceConfidence in dealing with exclusive clientele, combined with a key focus in achieving sales targetsExceptional customer service skills, as well as ability to build client relationshipsAssist the Store Manager in coaching and mentoring the sales associatesAssist with Stock Management and ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracyWho are you Proven experience in a retail, hospitality or similar customer service related role, with experience in supervising a team or acting as a senior key contact/supportExceptional interpersonal, people management and communication skills (bilingual skills will be a bonus)Passion in fashion and demonstrate strong sense of high end fashionThe availability to workfull time over a 7 day rotating roster;The flexibility to work boutique trading hours as required;Why work with us?
