Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be part of BCG's global team of employment lawyers, building the centre of employment expertise within the company. They will provide support on employment legal matters predominantly in the ANZ region and ad hoc support across other countries in Asia Pacific.
About YouYou should be an Australia qualified lawyer with work experience in ANZ employment law and deep strategic and operational employment law expertise.
Key Responsibilities:Build the centre of employment expertise within the company.Provide support on employment legal matters in the ANZ region and other countries in Asia Pacific.Partner with other members of BCG's global employment centre of expertise on global projects.Coordinate closely with the HR function within ANZ to ensure a consistent approach to policies and decision-making.Contribute to developing and maintaining Legal Team intellectual property.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have 6-8+ years of total PQE experience, with at least 4+ years PQE of practicing labour and employment law as their sole remit.

Salary Range$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
