Boral | Administration Officer

Your next opportunity: We are currently offering a part-time (4 days) opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to become part of our Booyal (Bundaberg) Quarry team.
Reporting directly to the Quarry Manager, this role is crucial to providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirements for the Quarry.
Your day will involve: Data and spreadsheet management Maintain the current maintenance management system, Maximo. Work Orders & Supplier documentation Assisting Weighbridge operators Generating Purchase Orders What are we looking for? Experience in a similar Administration role ideally within the construction industry (or similar) Exposure to Maximo & Oracle/Basware systems (preferred but not essential) Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail Strong time management skills and the ability to resolve issues Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and see tasks through to completion Strong verbal and written communications skills and numerical accuracy What's on offer?
