We're seeking a Senior Learning Specialist – Commercial Credit who will be the go-to expert in commercial credit, business banking products, and customer engagement practices.
About the Role This Senior Learning Specialist will design and facilitate various learning solutions to meet the credit capability needs across Business Bank, Group Risk, Transformation & Operations, and Retail Bank.
Create and deliver Commercial Credit programs and upskilling initiatives for bankers and credit officers at all levels. Design and facilitate critical learning programs and competency assessments to advance both technical and behavioural commercial credit skills. Analyse organisational data to recommend learning interventions that enhance credit capabilities and skills. Design materials to support the Business Bank Capability and Talent Framework. The ideal candidate will have strong technical commercial lending skills, including credit scenario support, complex home lending, understanding entities, financials, and the home buying process.
They'll need to be adept at using engaging facilitation techniques that effectively transfer knowledge in both classroom and digital settings.
Excellent internal consulting skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities, are essential.
The successful candidate will also be confident in exploring how new technologies can enhance the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences.
