Due to our success and business growth, we are seeking a curious and detail-oriented BOQ Estimator who is passionate about delivering high-quality BOQ estimating across our diverse and evolving range. The ideal candidate has BOQ Estimating experience within residential construction (Volume or Custom homes).
Responsibilities
Accurately complete material guides, BOQs and Mini Bills within agreed timeframes.
Ensure all Estimating and Construction methods and standards are maintained.
Provide upkeep and maintenance of all systems and documentation as requested.
Respond and manage all internal and external client queries.
Work as part of a team to create a cohesive and productive environment.
To be successful, you will possess:
Experience working in a similar role in the volume home building industry.
Tertiary qualifications in building/construction or trade background.
Experience working with Databuild/Dynamics, Framework or similar (preferable but not essential).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail.
Commitment to quality.
Bill of Quantities estimating experience.
Well-developed problem-solving skills, strong initiative and proactive approach.
Highly energetic, self-motivated and with a stakeholder focus.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
