With Retail Zoo's brands continuing to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to head up our Franchise Recruitment team and come in with a fresh lens to recharge the way we do things.

As Head of Franchising, you will ensure the best possible partners are recruited for the Retail Zoo network and that the necessary standards, policies, and procedures are consistently adhered to as per the Franchising Code of Conduct.

What you'll be doing
Provide direction and development to the Franchising department.
Create innovative solutions to support store and partner growth targets.
Oversee and manage the overall domestic Franchise Recruitment process including conducting the pre-qualifying of prospective franchisees by reviewing the Application Form, conducting the Telephone Interview, Reference Checks, and Face-to-Face Interviews.
Continually provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with current and prospective Retail Zoo franchisees.
Manage the end-to-end franchise recruitment process, including lead generation, applicant screening, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.
Collaborate with the broader Boost Juice team to promote the franchise opportunities and brand to potential partners.
Provide support and guidance to new franchise partners during the onboarding and setup process.
Monitor franchise performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure all franchise recruitment activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Achieve store growth targets and ensure coordination of all relevant departments for a smooth process.
What we're looking for
Significant experience in franchise recruitment, ideally within the food and beverage or retail industries.
Proven track record of successfully onboarding new franchise partners.
Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing and leading teams.
